Well I thought I would try this out as blogs seem to be the in thing these days. :-) We have been full time for ten years now and this is the first time we have been in South Dakota. We are in Custer and have discovered that it is a beautiful area. Have been here for two weeks and will be here until early September since there is so much to see and do. Spent the first two weeks driving all over Custer State park. Yesterday we spent the day at Crazy Horse. Got to witness a blast; such good timing! Not sure what we will do today. We tend to go sightseeing one day and then take a day off before going on another outing. It keeps the pace calm and not so frantic like it used to be when we were on "vacation."
